Your responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed Performing light housekeeping and laundry Providing medication reminders Monitoring changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being and reporting concerns Encouraging independence while ensuring client safety and comfort What We're Looking For Active HCA or CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain required credentials) A compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation is preferred Ability to pass required background checks Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) Weekend Schedule Options Saturday and Sunday shifts Day and evening schedules Full-time and part-time positions available Why Your Work Matters At SYNERGY HomeCare, caregiving is more than a job, it's an opportunity to improve lives.
