Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Must have a working cell phone to be able to sign into Set-Works communication platflorm. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with household chores such as cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate personnel. Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation as needed. Ensure adherence to resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times. Administer basic first aid or CPR when necessary and follow safety protocols. Skills Strong experience in caregiving or home health support is preferred. Knowledge of direct support techniques and senior care practices. Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Understanding of resident rights and the importance of dignity in care. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.
