$20.50-$21.50 per hour Join Our Team We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Full-Time PM Shift Caregiver to join our assisted living community in Chilton, WI under new ownership. Compensation & Benefits $20.50-$21.50 per hour 32-40 hours per week Full-time PM shift: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Health insurance available after 90 days Dental insurance available after 90 days Vision insurance available after 90 days Free on-site parking Ongoing training and opportunities to develop additional caregiving skills Responsibilities As a caregiver, you will help residents maintain their comfort, safety, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, and personal care Providing assistance with mobility and ambulation Assisting with transfers using gait belts, sit-to-stand equipment, and Hoyer lifts as appropriate Administering medications according to physician orders and facility procedures Obtaining and recording vital signs Completing electronic documentation using ECP (training provided) Observing residents for physical, behavioral, or condition changes and promptly reporting and documenting concerns Maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements Following infection control, safety, and facility procedures Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Communicating effectively with coworkers and working together to meet resident needs Remaining calm and professional during emergencies or challenging situations Completing other resident-care and facility duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Applicants must: Be dependable and have reliable transportation to and from work Be able to successfully complete required caregiver/background checks Demonstrate patience, kindness, professionalism, and respect when working with residents Be comfortable working as part of a team Be able to communicate effectively in English and complete required documentation Be comfortable using a computer or electronic device for resident charting Be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, and assisting residents with transfers and mobility Dress Code Employees are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance while working.

Required attire includes:

Properly fitting scrub top and scrub pants Closed-toe, non-slip/rubber-soled shoes
