Community-Based Residential Facility Caregiver CAFH Now Hiring:

Caregiver & Manager - Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at our CBRF, providing high-quality care in a supportive and respectful environment. 1.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provide daily personal care to residents, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance Assist with meals and medication reminders Support residents' emotional, social, and recreational needs Document care in compliance with facility and DHS standards Maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in caregiving or healthcare Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented 2.

Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the CBRF and ensure compliance with DHS regulations Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews Maintain accurate documentation and records Ensure residents' needs and rights are met with dignity and respect Communicate with families, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies as needed

Requirements:

Prior management experience in a healthcare or residential setting preferred Knowledge of

DHS CBRF

regulations and care standards Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to pass background check and drug screening Compassionate and professional demeanor How to
