Job Summary We have a variety of hours available and are very flexible. No weekends required. More or less you let us know when you are available and we will assign you to people who need care in your community. We provide services throughout Northeast Wisconsin. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. In this role, you will assist clients while ensuring safety and comfort. Your care and compassion will make a difference to people in your neighborhood/community. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, grocery shopping, errands, personal care, respite and community integration. Notify/communicate with Administrative Team of changes in condition/needs of person being served. Complete documention/EVV as required. Requirements Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental or intellectual disabilities support, or senior care is highly preferred. Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, autism, neurodevelopmental disorders or memory care is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality Valid driver's license or personal transportation assistance skills are advantageous for home & community care roles Join us in making a positive impact by providing compassionate, respectful, and personalized care. Pay:
From $14.25 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 40.0 per week
