Job Overview Hallmark Homecare of Madison is seeking experienced, compassionate caregivers and CNAs to support families in the Waunakee, Middleton, and Cross Plains areas. We match caregivers directly with families based on experience, skills, and availability—creating meaningful one-on-one care opportunities and consistent placements. Responsibilities Assist with personal care and daily activities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and transfers Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping Provide medication reminders Assist with transportation and errands, as needed Observe and report changes in condition Qualifications 5+ years of caregiving experience (required) CNA certification (preferred) Experience with personal care, mobility support, or dementia care (preferred) Valid driver's license and active car insurance (required) Strong communication and professionalism Must be able to successfully pass a background check (required) Why Hallmark Homecare? $22-$23 per hour Flexible scheduling opportunities One-on-one care Potential for consistent, long-term placements Direct employment with the family Support from the Hallmark Homecare team
