We are seeking qualified resident care staff for full and part time positions in Sparta, Wilton, and Ontario. Primarily DAY shifts and part time

NOC Duties:

• Provide direct support and care to individuals in a group home setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and tidying up living spaces
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
• Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
• Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities
• Lift and transfer individuals as needed, using proper techniques and equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred
• Knowledge of social work systems and resources is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
