We are a personal injury law firm looking for an outstanding individual who is career-oriented to join our expanding client coordination team at our Tempe AZ location. This position does require the candidate to come into our office daily. Our client coordinators are the main points of contact between the law firm and it's clients. This position will be responsible for maintaining positive client communication, obtaining client information and records, and facilitating communication between the law firm and treating physicians. This position will include but not limited to:

• Managing your own case load of clients
• Reaching out to clients on a weekly basis via text, email or phone
• Sending out emails, faxes, etc.
• Developing a comprehensive plan of care that meets the needs of the client
• Coordinating responses to client questions with other departments in the firm
• Ensure that every case is being handled efficiently and with the highest levels of service and integrity Successful candidates will be:
• Individuals who are highly motivated and can be trusted to work with minimal supervision . Have previous legal and customer service experience is a plus
• Able to work well in a team environment and independently
• Those with an eye for detail
• Efficient workers who are flexible when priorities change quickly
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe etc.)
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
