WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Elder Services Case Aide is a non-exempt position responsible for supporting the Case Manager, Assistant Program Director, and Program Director. Assist with processing authorizations at the direction of the Case Manager Assist with resolving service delivery problems as needed at the direction of the Case Manager Assist with evaluating client eligibility for programs, including assistance with Medicaid eligibility, when appropriate Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation, including but not limited to maintaining client records Assist with internal file monitoring Provide clerical and client records support Track and keep current various service logs and calendars Complete required service reports as needed Communicate with potential clients for evaluation of services and provide appropriate referrals as needed Maintain established productivity requirements as established by the supervisor Perform all other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment preferred Considerable knowledge of community organization and resources Ability to communicate effectively Must have considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain current, accurate records with efficiency Must successfully complete 701b Assessment training and receive certification within 12 months of employment. Must have a valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance coverage.
