A Day in Motion Your morning starts community-based—checking updates from schools and partners, then lining up the right voices for an upcoming staffing. Midday, you move between conversations and documentation, keeping timelines crisp and everyone aligned. Afternoons often bring progress checks on active matters and quick pivots when a family's situation changes. On occasional weeknights, you're in truancy court, steady and prepared, helping the process stay clear and constructive. You'll typically work Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm, with the pace staying energized and purpose-driven from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

Required qualifications/skills:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field 2+ years in case management or youth services (juvenile court/truancy experience preferred) Strong organization, writing, and verbal communication; sound judgment and accountability Ability to collaborate with diverse groups in task-focused settings
