Job Description

PAMHC is seeking a full-time Community Services Worker based out of either our Cherokee, Ida Grove or Storm Lake locations that would cover Cherokee, Buena Vista, Pocahontas, Ida, and Sac counties. Travel is required. Position primarily involves performing the duties of a Community Support and HCBS Habilitation worker on an outpatient basis with adults with a serious and persistent mental illness. Position is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday with occasional evening work.
Pay Range:
$22.29 to $24.51 depending on experience

NHSC Loan Repayment Position Summary:
Provide supportive services, skill building, behavioral intervention, and crisis planning services to adults with a serious mental illness while utilizing community support or habilitation services. Services are provided to individuals in their homes and community settings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Related Field Experience Working with Adults with
Mental Illness Computer Skills Valid Driver's License and Insurance Preferred Qualifications:
