Job Description
Company Overview Spero Family Services is dedicated to providing Christ-centered human services that support vulnerable children and families in our community. With a wide range of social service programs, we are committed to fostering hope, healing, and help for those we serve through compassionate, faith-based care. Overview Our Wraparound Program is an intensive, strengths-based, and family-driven process that supports families staying together. The program is a planning process that follows a series of steps to help children and their families realize their goals. Safe at Home is an innovative initiative focused on helping children remain safely with their families whenever possible. Through intensive, community-based services, safety planning, and ongoing family support, the program works to prevent unnecessary foster care placements while promoting child safety and family stability. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Wraparound Family Support Facilitator (Bachelor's Degree) Safe at Home In-Home Family Safety Specialist (Associate's Degree)
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and complete required trainings . Previous relevant experience preferred.
Miscellaneous:
Must pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances. Must maintain the ability to transport clients per DCFS standards. Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the program. Required to work in clients' homes and community settings.
Skills:
Must be organized, able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and detail oriented. Must be able to interact with, and relate to, diverse groups of people.
• Exact pay commensurate with position, education, and experience
Pay:
$26.58 - $28.26 per hour
