PROS Case Manager FULL-TIME

SPOP is seeking a full-time case manager to provide psychiatric rehabilitation services in our Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program for older adults with lived experience of mental health conditions. The Case Manager will report to the Assistant Director for PROS and work as part of the treatment team 3 days/week at our W. 88th St. location and 2 days/week remotely. No evenings, weekend or after-hours coverage required. The successful candidate thrives in a lively, congregate setting with older adults, has experience providing case assistance, is passionate about reducing mental health stigma and has knowledge or interest in group/individual psychiatric rehabilitation. The PROS case manager oversees a caseload, facilitates groups, and assists participants with concrete services as needed. BA or equivalent preferred.
