Be the Difference: Case Manager Supporting Housing & Stability

Make a Difference Every Day Crossroads Inn is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Case Manager to support individuals experiencing homelessness as they work toward stability and permanent housing. This is a dynamic, active role that combines case management with day-to-day operations. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and able to balance structure with support.
