The Case Aide works closely with a team of Case Planners and Director of Social Service to ensure all responsibilities are carried out. The work is demanding, highly interactive and diversified and therefore requires flexibility. The case aide must be sensitive to the rights, feelings, needs and cultural background of each client and responsive to such in a non-judgmental manner.
