in San Jose as an Independent Living Services Facilitator and play a key leadership role supporting adults with developmental disabilities. What You'll Do As an ILS Facilitator, you'll: Lead and mentor a small team of Life Coaches Support clients one-on-one to build independence Oversee service plans and ensure quality support Partner with families, regional centers, and internal teams This is a hybrid role—split between office work, client support in the field, and collaborative meetings. Required:

Bachelor's degree
