The Case Manager will report to the Assistant Director for PROS and work as part of the treatment team 3 days/week at our W. 88th St. location and 2 days/week remotely. The successful candidate thrives in a lively, congregate setting with older adults, has experience providing case assistance, is passionate about reducing mental health stigma and has knowledge or interest in group/individual psychiatric rehabilitation. The PROS case manager oversees a caseload, facilitates groups, and assists participants with concrete services as needed. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required. BA or equivalent preferred. Compensation is an annual salary of $50,000-52,000 commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package , including ample paid time off; medical, dental and vision insurance; employer contribution to retirement plan; and flexible spending account.
