We are seeking a compassionate, organized Case Manager to support women and children experiencing homelessness. This role provides direct advocacy, resource navigation, and trauma‑informed care to help guests stabilize and transition toward safe, sustainable housing. Key Responsibilities Client Support — Complete intakes, develop individualized service plans, meet regularly with clients, and provide crisis intervention. Housing Navigation — Assist with housing searches, applications, landlord communication, and financial stability planning. Coordination & Advocacy — Collaborate with mental health, medical, legal, and social service partners; participate in case conferences. Documentation & Compliance — Maintain accurate case notes, HMIS entries, and program metrics. Shelter Operations — Support rules enforcement, safety protocols, emergencies, and volunteer coordination. Minimum Qualifications Experience in social services, case management, counseling, or related fields Understanding of homelessness, trauma, mental health, and substance use Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries and build trust Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred Driver's license and auto insurance required Experience in shelters or crisis environments a plus Familiarity with local housing resources or willingness to learn Training in trauma‑informed care, motivational interviewing, or harm reduction preferred Work Environment Shelter setting with frequent interaction with individuals in crisis; may require evening, weekend, or on‑call shifts; ability to lift 25 lbs and perform basic physical tasks.
