Case Management Specialist -
Welfare Check Operations Position Type:
Contract / Part-Time / Full-Time (Based on Caseload)

Pay:
$50 per completed case (takes 30 minutes) •$350 a day is based on a 7 case per day workload• Position Summary Global Defense Security Group is seeking highly organized and professional Case Management Specialists to support a federal government contract involving wellness and residency verification services. This position is responsible for executing structured site-visit workflows, coordinating assigned cases, confirming residency and wellness of designated individuals, documenting all required information, and escalating safety concerns through the established chain of command. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. This position requires frequent travel throughout an assigned geographic area and strict adherence to company policies, client requirements, and federal contract standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage assigned welfare check cases from assignment through completion. Execute structured site visits at designated residential addresses. Confirm residency and wellness of assigned individuals using approved procedures. Conduct professional, respectful, and non-confrontational interactions with occupants. Accurately document all observations, findings, and case outcomes using company reporting systems. Obtain required photographs and supporting documentation in accordance with company procedures. Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding case status and operational updates. Immediately report emergencies, safety concerns, or situations requiring law enforcement or emergency medical assistance through the established chain of command. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and applicable federal regulations. Meet required response times and complete cases within contractual deadlines. Travel throughout the assigned coverage area to complete scheduled site visits. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bi-Lingual (Spanish strongly preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle and proof of automobile insurance. Smartphone capable of running required applications. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to accurately prepare detailed reports and documentation. Preferred Qualifications Military, law enforcement, corrections, security, emergency services, investigations, social services, or case management experience. Experience conducting field interviews, wellness checks, inspections, or home visits. Familiarity with mobile reporting applications and GPS navigation. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and drive for extended periods. Ability to safely navigate residential neighborhoods and varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.
