Tooele, UT Pay:
$35.00-39.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and managing cases to ensure optimal outcomes in the homes of our patients. Your expertise in diagnostic evaluation, primary care, acute care, and patient service will be crucial in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities :
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate and manage patient care throughout the healthcare continuum
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan as needed
  • Advocate for patients' rights and facilitate access to appropriate resources
  • Utilize managed care principles to optimize patient outcomes and minimize healthcare costs
Experience :
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Utah
  • Proven experience in diagnostic evaluation, primary care, acute care, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
  • Familiarity with ICU settings is preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Pay:
$35.00
