DOE Schedule:
Typically Monday-Friday daytime, with occasional evenings/weekends Help families stay housed At Family Promise of Spokane, we equip families to end the cycle of homelessness. As a Keep Housing Case Manager, you'll walk alongside families for up to two years after they move into housing, helping them build the skills, relationships, and confidence to stay housed for good. What you'll do Support a caseload of families with housing stability, goal-setting, and resource referrals Meet with families in their homes and in the community, at least monthly Build strong relationships with landlords and property managers Coach families on tenant rights, budgeting, and keeping their housing Connect families to employment, education, mental health, and other resources Keep timely, objective case notes and accurate data for program reporting Work as part of a shared case management team What you bring Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent experience 1+ year of experience in case management, housing services, or family support (2+ years preferred) Strong boundaries, sound judgment in a crisis, and emotional resilience Comfort with computers and detailed documentation Valid Washington driver's license and an insurable driving record (you'll drive during shifts) Ability to pass an annual background check Bonus points Lived experience with homelessness, poverty, housing insecurity, or recovery (counts toward equivalent experience) Bilingual or multilingual First Aid/CPR, trauma-informed, or de-escalation training What we offer $23.00/hr to $25.00/hr DOE 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision Paid vacation and sick leave Differential pay for bilingual staff, mentorship roles Flexible shifts as long as they meet operational demands including evenings and/or weekends Training and growth in a low-barrier, housing-first model A supportive, mission-driven team To Learn More About FPS - visit our website at familypromiseofspokane.org How to apply Apply on Indeed.com or our website familypromiseofspokane.org.
