Commission-Based | In-Person Community Outreach Job Summary Compassionate Helping Hands is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Community Outreach & Marketing Representative to help grow our in-home senior caregiving business throughout Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and the East Valley of Arizona . The primary responsibility of this position is to generate qualified leads and bring new clients to Compassionate Helping Hands . The representative will conduct community outreach, network with appropriate organizations and professionals, make phone calls, attend community events, and develop relationships with potential referral sources. Compensation This is a commission-based position . Earn $500 for each qualifying new client you generate who begins services and pays for their first week of care. Earn an additional $250 retention bonus when that client remains active and in good standing for 30 days.

Total earning potential:

up to $750 per qualifying new client . Commission terms and eligibility requirements will be provided in a written compensation agreement. Duties & Responsibilities Generate qualified leads and help bring new clients to Compassionate Helping Hands. Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate healthcare professionals, senior resources, community organizations, and other potential referral sources. Conduct in-person community outreach and networking. Make phone calls and follow up with prospective clients and referral contacts. Identify seniors and families who may benefit from our in-home caregiving services. Plan, coordinate, and attend community, senior, networking, and vendor events to increase awareness and generate leads. Distribute approved business cards, brochures, and other marketing materials. Manage social media by creating and scheduling professional content that promotes our services. Develop and deliver professional presentations about Compassionate Helping Hands and our services. Identify new marketing and community outreach opportunities throughout the East Valley. Maintain accurate records of leads, referral sources, and outreach activities. Provide regular updates regarding marketing activities and prospective clients. Represent Compassionate Helping Hands professionally, respectfully, and compassionately in the community. Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and applicable laws.
