Job Summary Community Outreach & Marketing Liaison Dental Practice in Chino, California Chino Aesthetic Dental is seeking an energetic, personable, and highly motivated Community Outreach & Marketing Liaison to help grow our dental practice through community engagement, employer outreach, professional relationships, and local marketing. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, building relationships, representing a professional healthcare practice, and developing long-term connections within the community. Responsibilities The Community Outreach & Marketing Liaison will: Visit local businesses, warehouses, corporations, schools, community organizations, senior communities, gyms, and other employers to introduce our dental practice and services. Develop relationships with Human Resources departments, office managers, business owners, and employee-benefits representatives. Visit physicians' offices, medical practices, chiropractors, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to develop professional referral relationships. Educate businesses and community partners regarding the dental services offered by our practice.

Promote services including:

General and family dentistry Emergency dental care Dental implants Periodontal services Oral surgery Orthodontic services Pediatric dental services Sleep apnea oral appliance therapy TMJ and orofacial pain services Distribute brochures, business cards, promotional materials, and information regarding accepted insurance plans. Coordinate employer dental-awareness events, lunch-and-learns, health fairs, community events, and educational presentations. Develop relationships with local unions, employers, schools, and community organizations. Identify new opportunities for patient referrals and community partnerships. Maintain a database of contacts, visits, referrals, and follow-up activities. Follow up regularly with businesses and referral partners. Assist with local social media, community events, and grassroots marketing campaigns when appropriate. Represent our Dental practice in a professional, friendly, and positive manner. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching new businesses and professionals. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Organized and able to independently manage follow-up activities. Professional in appearance and communication. Comfortable traveling locally throughout Chino, Ontario, Chino Hills, Eastvale, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Pomona and surrounding communities. Experienced in sales, marketing, healthcare outreach, pharmaceutical sales, medical/dental marketing, hospitality, or community relations preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of dental or healthcare terminology is helpful but not required. Position Part-time position. This position includes significant community outreach and local travel. Compensation may include an hourly plus performance incentives.. The ideal candidate will become the face of our practice in the community and help develop lasting relationships with employers, healthcare professionals, and local organizations.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 10.0 per week
