Mission Viejo is looking for an energetic, outgoing Director of Community Partnerships to help us build relationships with families, schools, and organizations throughout our community. We are creating a fun, creative, hands-on environment where kids explore math, science, coding, robotics, engineering, and electronics. What You'll Do Build relationships with local schools, PTAs/PTOs, charter schools, families, and community organizations while identifying opportunities for

to participate in local events and programs Develop creative outreach and promotional opportunities Follow up with prospective families and community contacts Help turn community interest into STEM assessments, center visits, and student enrollments As the center grows, work directly with students and help support center operations How the Role Grows Before opening: 100% community outreach and relationship building. Phase One - fewer than 30 customers: approximately 80% outreach / 20% tutoring-center work. 30+ customers: approximately 50% outreach / 50% tutoring-center work.
