StretchClub - Yorkville, Oswego & Naperville, IL StretchClub is seeking an experienced Community Outreach & Health Screening Coordinator to schedule, and execute community-based health and movement screening events throughout the western suburbs. This is not simply a marketing or event-staff position . We are specifically looking for someone who has previous experience coordinating and conducting healthcare, wellness, biometric, musculoskeletal, mobility, posture, or similar screening programs. The right person should know how to take a screening program from initial outreach → scheduling → event preparation → on-site execution → participant engagement → follow-up and appointment conversion. What You'll Do You will be responsible for building and managing StretchClub's community outreach screening program across our Yorkville, Oswego, and Naperville locations.

Responsibilities include:

Identify and contact organizations that are strong candidates for employee or community health screenings. Develop relationships with HR departments, wellness coordinators, school districts, municipalities, police and fire departments, gyms, fitness facilities, senior communities, sports organizations, and local employers. Present StretchClub's screening program to decision-makers and secure screening dates. Coordinate all logistics before each event, including space requirements, equipment, staffing, scheduling, promotional materials, and participant flow. Travel to businesses, schools, gyms, community events, and other organizations to conduct screenings. Set up and break down screening stations professionally and efficiently. Perform or assist with structured posture, mobility, flexibility, range-of-motion, and movement screenings using StretchClub's established screening protocols and technology. Explain screening findings to participants in a clear, professional, and non-alarming manner. Help participants understand when screening findings indicate that a more comprehensive in-office evaluation may be appropriate. Schedule interested participants directly with the appropriate StretchClub location. Track contacts, scheduled events, participants screened, appointments generated, and screening outcomes. Follow up with organizations to develop repeat screenings and long-term community partnerships. Who We're Looking For Prior screening experience is strongly preferred and will be a major factor in our hiring decision. The Ideal Candidate You should be: Extremely comfortable talking with new people and organizational decision-makers. Experienced in setting up and executing professional screening events. Organized enough to manage multiple events, contacts, and follow-up activities simultaneously. Comfortable performing standardized movement, posture, mobility, or wellness assessments after training. Professional and credible when representing a healthcare organization. Comfortable explaining screening results without diagnosing or providing treatment at the event. Able to transition naturally from education into scheduling an appropriate follow-up evaluation. Self-directed and capable of developing new outreach opportunities rather than waiting for leads to be provided. Reliable, energetic, and comfortable working both independently and alongside our clinical and stretch therapy teams. About Our Screening Program StretchClub is developing a community screening program designed to be significantly more valuable than the typical health-fair booth or promotional screening. Our Body Blueprint screening uses movement, posture, mobility, flexibility, and range-of-motion assessments to give participants objective information about how their body is currently functioning. The purpose is not to diagnose or treat someone at the event. Instead, the screening identifies movement or functional abnormalities that may warrant a more comprehensive evaluation at one of our offices. We want participants to leave feeling that they received something useful, professional, and different from the typical promotional health screening. About StretchClub StretchClub provides a combination of one-on-one assisted stretching, chiropractic care, corrective exercise, and mobility-focused care.

Yorkville, IL Oswego, IL Naperville, IL This position will work with all three locations and will spend a significant amount of time in the community developing relationships and conducting screening events. Requirements Previous experience with healthcare, wellness, biometric, movement, or community screening programs strongly preferred. Previous outreach, business development, community relations, or event-coordination experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable with basic technology, tablets, screening software, and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout the western suburbs. Ability to transport and set up lightweight screening/event equipment as needed. Availability for occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend events. Compensation $18 to $50 per hour with bonuses Compensation may include a combination of base pay plus performance incentives tied to successfully completed outreach events and qualified appointments generated from screenings. What Success Looks Like This position will be measured by more than simply attending events.

New organizations contacted → screenings scheduled → screenings successfully completed → people screened → qualified appointments scheduled → organizations developed into repeat community partners.
