Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, people-driven individual who is already local to the Kansas City area and available to start immediately as our Event & Community Outreach Assistant. At Zion Edge Inc., we partner with nonprofit organizations across KC to help them show up stronger in their communities through live events, face-to-face outreach, and genuine relationship-building. This is a paid, full-time role with real growth opportunity

What you'll be doing: Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events and nonprofit fundraising campaigns that drive meaningful participation and engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, local organizations, and stakeholders through consistent face-to-face communication Deliver engaging outreach presentations and represent our nonprofit partners professionally at community events across Kansas City Support campaign development, promotional materials, and event logistics to ensure every activation runs smoothly Lead small teams during event setup, execution, and breakdown to create excellent community experiences Manage outreach activity and track engagement to help measure campaign effectiveness Create compelling content and support social media efforts to raise awareness around our community initiatives You're a great fit if you: Are enthusiastic, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy engaging with diverse audiences Have strong communication skills and feel comfortable with public speaking and face-to-face interaction Can manage multiple projects at once while staying organized and meeting deadlines Have a background in event marketing, customer service, community outreach, or sales = but entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Are already local to the Kansas City area and available to start immediately Are available for a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends

Kansas City Schedule:
