St. Paul's Indy is seeking a creative, collaborative and faith-filled Director of Children, Youth & Family Ministry to lead and grow a vibrant ministry.

The Director will oversee Sunday School, Children's Chapel, youth ministry, curriculum and programming; recruit and support volunteer leaders; and develop special events for families and youth. Working alongside clergy, staff and parishioners, the Director will strengthen intergenerational ministry and facilitate community events such as Day Camps, Mess Fest, Bingo Nights and the St. Paul's All-Parish Retreat.

We're looking for someone with a deep and articulate Christian faith, a passion for working with children and youth, strong organizational and leadership skills and a collaborative spirit. An undergraduate degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience are preferred.
