Under the direction of the Dean of Quincy College Plymouth, this position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and working to ensure the successful transition of prospective students to and through Quincy College Plymouth. The incumbent will help guide students and families through the admissions process and be involved in a range of on and off campus events including but not limited to college fairs, school visits, transfer programs, counselor meetings, open houses, and orientation programs to include virtual spaces for all of the aforementioned events. Furthermore, this role includes providing prospective and current students, high school counselors, and all college constituents guidance information and support relative to the admissions and enrollment process. This role will require flexibility in terms of location as well as duties. The candidate will adhere to a strong student-first approach to their work. This role will support other duties of Quincy College Plymouth's Welcome Center such as Registration, Advising, and proctoring exams. Additionally, the limited part time Plymouth Outreach Assistant will closely work with the Dean of Quincy College Plymouth to create and maintain an Outreach Plan.EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred.Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to present overview of college mission and programs Ability to communicate with high school administration and prospective students Ability to brainstorm recruitment strategies with academic and administrative departments Proven competence in managing multiple tasks and completing priorities. Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to build relationships with faculty, co-workers, students, parents and other staff. Willingness to work evenings and weekends. Understanding of and commitment to the mission, vision and strategic plan. Assist with the development of goals and a strategic plan for Quincy College Plymouth's Outreach Program. Develop a relationship with local community organizations, high school guidance counselors, prospective students and residents to help educate them on the offerings of Quincy College and our current initiatives. Assist with outreach activities, including but limited to registration calls, information sessions, campus tours, virtual office appointments, zoom sessions, and off-campus visits and open house events. Assist incoming students with navigating the admissions and enrollment process, providing instructional and technical support as needed. Promptly and courteously respond to phone calls, emails, and other requests from students, their families, and other constituents. Assist in maintenance of records in the Admissions Office including applications, transcripts, diplomas and other documentation. Attend and speak at events while representing the college and its mission. Represent the College with a positive and professional presentation to local organizations, businesses, students and prospective students. Provide clear and accurate information to local businesses, students and prospective students. Maintains foundational knowledge of all areas pertaining to student admission/enrollment/success. Participate in mandatory training/coursework as assigned. Participate in relevant professional development opportunities. Work with other departments as needed to drive the missions of the college and its initiatives. Attain familiarity with all college policies and procedures. Strictly adhere to Quincy College policies and procedures. Must be punctual for all scheduled shifts. Maintaining a Valid Driver's license is required.
