This office-based position focuses on delivering mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorder services. The LMSW manages a caseload of 15 Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) clients, providing assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination, while assisting in team direction and coordination. Accurate documentation through electronic health records and adherence to compliance is essential. Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and treatment planning Deliver individual and group counseling sessions Provide crisis intervention and advocacy Maintain thorough documentation using electronic health records Coordinate care and collaborate within the multi-disciplinary team Monitor compliance with treatment protocols Manage a caseload of 15 IOP clients Assist in directing and coordinating team efforts Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience in social work Proficient in client assessment and crisis intervention Strong documentation and communication skills Empathy and cultural competency Effective problem-solving abilities EMDR trained Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential
