SOCIAL WORKER
/ Case Manager (jack london ) compensation: Commensurate with Experience employment type: full-time non-profit organization
SEEKING:
Individual with a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school or a graduate school approved by the California Private Post-Secondary and Vocational Education Bureau in social work or social welfare, marriage, family and child counseling, child psychology, child development, counseling psychology, social psychology, clinical psychology or educational psychology, education with an emphasis on counseling, or Master's Degree in human service or behavioral science. Our agency, operates a transitional housing program for foster youth, ages 18-21, living in remote-site apartments. The Case Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to: (1) Evaluation and assessment of the potential clients (2) Supervision of the placement of clients (3) Development and updating of treatment plans (4) Provide training and other support services for program participants (5) Maintain, supervise and implement in-take procedures for clients of the program (6) Writing clinical progress notes and quarterly reports (7) Participate in
