Providing support to families working toward reunification. New Alternatives is a Trauma Informed Care facility who believes in putting an end to the generational cycle of abuse. Shift available : Mon, Tues, Wed, (12-8) Sat & Sun (9-5) Bilingual Spanish required. Bachelor's Degree in related field 6 months experience working with children (volunteer work is acceptable) Must possess a valid California Driver's License, proof of automobile insurance and have access to reliable automobile Stationed out of the Santa Ana office and working within Orange County. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide support to the child and family during court ordered visitation Assist in transportation of youth Establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with the child and family Accurate case documentation of services provided Trauma Informed and supportive care
