Key Qualifications:

Valid licensure or certification as a School Social Worker, or eligibility for Colorado credentials Experience supporting students in educational or healthcare settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and community resources Ability to provide crisis intervention, develop intervention strategies, and conduct student assessments Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to confidential and ethical practice

Responsibilities:

Serve elementary and high school populations with diverse emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs Manage a caseload that may vary in size, addressing individual and group student needs Develop and implement individualized support and intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support the whole child Facilitate communication between school, home, and external support agencies Document all interventions and communications in compliance with school and district guidelines Participate in IEP/504 meetings and provide support for special education services as needed Contribute expertise during crisis situations and assist with school-based initiatives promoting student health and safety Present your skills and passion for student advocacy to Justin Plavcan and Lauren Torres, and step into a role where you can truly make a difference.
