Key Qualifications and Experience:

Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement Experience working with elementary-age students is highly preferred Understanding of IEP processes, social-emotional learning frameworks, and

Strong communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills Flexibility to support students and staff at both a main site and district-wide as needed Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate

Responsibilities Include:

Delivering direct counseling services to students individually and in group settings Supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral health initiatives Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEPs and 504 planning Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs Developing and implementing intervention strategies tailored to students' unique circumstances Facilitating crisis intervention, risk assessments, and referrals to outside resources when appropriate Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to state and district protocols This contract role offers a dynamic environment where your professional expertise can inspire positive change on both a school and district level.
