Qualifications:
Fully certified School Social Worker with state-required School Social Work endorsement Experience supporting elementary (K-5) students Commitment to in-person services (no hybrid or teletherapy options available) Ability to manage a caseload of 30-40 general and special education students
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct social-emotional interventions and counseling to K-5 students Develop and implement individualized support plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain detailed records of all interventions and progress Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate
