Step into a meaningful role supporting students' emotional and academic journeys as a School Social Worker on a full-time contract basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a difference across K-12 grade levels, working with a dedicated caseload of approximately 48 students. Key Qualifications & Experience:

Hold a degree in social work and licensure appropriate for school settings Previous experience as a school social worker serving K-12 students is highly valued Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and develop effective intervention strategies Skilled in collaborating with teachers, administrators, families, and outside agencies Exceptional communication and organizational skills A sincere passion for empowering young learners from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to students in need Conduct assessments to identify emotional, behavioral, or social challenges Develop individual and group intervention plans tailored to each student's needs Consult regularly with educators, families, and community resources to build support networks Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and progress reports in compliance with school and district guidelines Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive school atmosphere for all students
