Key Qualifications:

Valid Michigan Social Worker license required Previous experience in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Provide services to support students mental health, well-being, and academic success Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students facing challenges Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and problem-solving processes as needed Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to district and legal standards Why Consider This Role?
