63/hour + Full Benefits Schedule Monday-Friday Flexible scheduling available Some evening and weekend hours may be required based on program needs No on-call responsibilities Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to provide behavioral health services to adults and families in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive client outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations. Provide individual and group therapy for adults with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. Develop, implement, and update person-centered treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, community agencies, and family members as appropriate. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision. Monitor client progress and coordinate discharge planning. Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality standards. Complete required continuing education and professional development activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling . Current or eligible Michigan licensure in one of the following: LLMSW

• Limited Licensed Master Social Worker LLPC
• Limited Licensed Professional Counselor TLLP
• Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist LMSW
• Licensed Master Social Worker LPC
• Licensed Professional Counselor LLP
• Limited Licensed Psychologist Minimum one year of experience providing behavioral health services (internship or field placement experience may be considered).

Must obtain the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
