Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work and behavioral health, with a focus on crisis intervention and addiction counseling. Duties Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in acute distress. Facilitate counseling sessions focusing on addiction recovery and behavioral health. Implement motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and progress. Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns in social work practices. Collaborate with community resources, including Section 8 housing programs, to support clients' needs. Participate in workforce development initiatives aimed at improving client employability. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide childcare support as needed during family therapy sessions. Requirements Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice. Proven experience in crisis management and intervention strategies. Strong knowledge of addiction counseling principles and practices. Familiarity with behavioral health frameworks and community resources. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Experience supervising or mentoring staff is preferred but not required. A commitment to ongoing professional development and training in social work practices.
