$40,000 per year plus Sign On Bonus•$3,000

Responsibilities:

Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team Provides community based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness Provides valuable input to the team regarding his/her perspective on all aspects of service delivery to consumers

Requirements:

BA/BS/BSW
