A valid New York State LMSW license is required. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative supervision to BHS PSR program staff. Conduct clinical eligibility assessments with children, youth, and their families for Psychosocial Rehabilitation services. Develop, review, and approve PSR treatment plans. Review and approve progress notes and other required clinical documentation. Conduct biweekly supervision meetings with PSR service providers. Maintain complete and accurate individual service records and case binders. Monitor documentation quality and ensure compliance with agency, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements. Supervise the daily clinical operations of the BHS PSR program. Communicate with Health Home care managers and Managed Care Organization representatives regarding referrals, service authorizations, continued-stay requests, and required clinical documentation. Collaborate with staff, families, care managers, and community providers to support continuity and quality of care. Required Qualifications Current and valid New York State LMSW license. Experience working with children, youth, and families in a behavioral health setting. Knowledge of PSR services, clinical assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Strong clinical supervision, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to review clinical documentation thoroughly and meet required deadlines.
