As the DV Advocate you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Provide direct services to survivors of domestic violence, to include counseling, legal advocacy, transportation, and referrals, etc. Complete intake process for prospective residential and nonresidential clients to determine if they are eligible for program services. Cover the 24-hour crisis hotline on a rotating basis. Maintain working knowledge of the NYS Office of Children and Family Services regulatory requirements for domestic violence residences and assist the Domestic Violence Program Director in ensuring that regulatory requirements at the Catholic Charities domestic violence safe dwelling are being met.
DV Advocate Minimum Salary:
$ 22.198/hour
DV Advocate Maximum Salary:
$ 22.198/hour
DV Advocate Schedule:
Monday•Wednesday, & Friday, 8:30am•4:00pm; Thursdays 8:30AM to 6:30
PM Qualifications:
