Job Summary Provides counseling, assessments, treatment coordination, and ongoing support to incarcerated individuals participating in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and substance use disorder programs. Key Responsibilities Conduct screenings, assessments, counseling, and MAT orientations. Develop treatment plans, referrals, documentation, and discharge/continuing-care plans. Coordinate care with Medical, Recovery Services, Medicaid Enrollment, Community Linkage, and Opioid Treatment Providers. Monitor participant attendance, engagement, and treatment progress. Review inmate files for MAT admission and program participation. Maintain accurate clinical records, data, reports, and documentation in electronic healthcare systems. Provide crisis intervention and support to MAT participants. Track participants at additional institutions as assigned. Provide staff training and technical assistance when needed. Participate in quality assurance activities, including clinical record and utilization reviews. Follow ODRC and OhioMHAS policies, procedures, and professional standards. Attend required training, seminars, and conferences and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications Must hold an active Ohio license as one of the following:

LCDC II, LCDC

III, LICDC, LISW, PCC, PC, LSW, Physician, LMFT, IMFT, Psychologist, or Registered Nurse (RN). Required Skills Substance use disorder counseling and MAT knowledge. Strong communication, interviewing, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to build rapport with inmates/patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to recognize safety concerns, manage crises, analyze information, and prepare accurate reports. #non
