A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

However, we offer summary camps for current and new families. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing our Preschool while providing strategic direction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization. Implements the school philosophy, mission and vision. Oversees the daily school operations through administration and management of the school campus. Handles every aspect of the schools' admissions process. Gives tours of the school and enrolls prospective families. Collaborates with the Parent Teacher Committee. Maintains availability for employees and parents whenever needed which includes but is not limited to email, phone calls, and conferences. Runs weekly staff meetings and trainings. Upholds the National Association for the Education of Young Children standards. Ensures the safety and protection of all students. Maintains a sanitary environment for the children. Attends all school functions. Assists and evaluates educators on meeting the requirements of their job descriptions. Participates in staff hiring, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Implements school policies and procedures. Creates a school environment where educators and families feel welcomed, valued, and supported. Communicates to families the policies and procedures of the school. Complies with all applicable laws and regulations for the school. Serves as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the school community, when applicable. Qualifications A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
