TriSource is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Visitation Coach for a 16 week contract located in Philadelphia. In this role, you will facilitate parent orientations, supervise and coach parent-child visitations, and support the overall well-being of children and families working toward reunification.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 11a-7p

• This contract is anticpated to last 16-weeks, with the chance to become permenant

Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and Supervise:

Conduct parent orientations and supervise parent-child visitations, providing active coaching until reunification goals or services are completed.

Assess and Plan:

Conduct family intakes and assessments to identify and execute actionable goals established for each family.

Family Support:

Partner with parents to help them build positive relationships and establish a safe, stable home environment while ensuring the overall well-being of the children.

Data Management:

Accurately enter and maintain client documentation and tracking data within the PLC database and relevant contractual systems.

Collaboration:

Attend weekly team supervision and actively participate in required professional development and training sessions.

Flexibility:

Adjust daily scheduling as needed to accommodate the visitation needs of parents and youth. Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience working directly with children, youth, and families within a human services setting. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally throughout the City of Philadelphia/surrounding regions using company provided vehicle. Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency with MS Office Suite and client databases. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred

Certifications:
