•LCSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES

•Helps patients and families adjust to illness and life-style changes due to illness through counseling and coordination of community, social and hospital services, and intervenes appropriately in cases of suspected domestic violence or abuse.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•PA

LCSW BLS

(AHA only) Master's Degree Social Work 2 years medical social work with experience in d/c planning and preferably behavior health inpatient experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT

•13 weeks
