We are launching our innovative Mobile Behavioral Health Community Stabilization Program in Marion County. We are seeking a passionate, fully independent LCSW or LMHC to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work either in our Indianapolis office or completely remotely from home, giving you the ultimate work-life balance. We are looking for someone who loves what they do and wants to grow alongside us! Lead clinical assessments to determine the needs of individuals in the community stabilization program. Provide Director-level clinical oversight and guidance to ensure program compliance and high-quality care. Collaborate with mobile crisis and stabilization teams to support Marion County residents. Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state behavioral health standards.
Requirements Licensure:
Must hold an active, unrestricted LCSW or LMHC license in the state of Indiana.
Certification:
Must currently hold or be willing to obtain the ANSA Super-User certificate .
Insurance:
Must maintain independent professional malpractice insurance .
Passion:
A strong dedication to crisis stabilization and community mental health.
