Are a Texas-licensed LCSW with at least five years of post-licensure experience Have extensive experience providing evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families Have invested in advanced training and continue to seek opportunities to refine your clinical skills Exercise excellent clinical judgment while building warm, trusting relationships with children and families Value integrity, professionalism, collaboration, and lifelong learning Are someone colleagues enjoy working with and families trust Have an interest in maintaining an in-person presence in one of our Houston-area offices Experience with CBT, ACT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), exposure-based treatment, behavioral parent training, ADHD, anxiety disorders, OCD, autism, or related evidence-based approaches is highly valued.
