Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation adhering to medical records standards and confidentiality policies compliant with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical professionals, educators, case managers, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care. Participate in ongoing clinical research initiatives and data collection efforts aimed at enhancing treatment outcomes and advancing best practices within behavioral health. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent certification in your state or jurisdiction. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in mental health settings; experience with pediatric populations preferred. Strong knowledge of psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, crisis intervention, addiction counseling, and behavioral therapy techniques. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient management; experience with CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and those with disabilities or developmental disorders. Excellent communication skills for client engagement, team collaboration, and documentation purposes. Knowledge of medical terminology related to psychiatric patient care and mental health assessments is highly desirable. Ability to handle crisis situations promptly and professionally while maintaining clinical confidentiality standards.
