Job Overview Modern Psychiatry is a fast-growing mental health practice offering integrative psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychological services both in-person and via telehealth, serving patients in Alabama and across the United States. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in Mobile, AL. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services to individuals across the lifespan in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. The

will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality mental health services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including behavioral therapy, to support clients dealing with various mental health challenges. Must have experience working with both children and adults. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective treatment outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in research data collection to contribute to ongoing program evaluation and improvement efforts. Stay informed about best practices in the social work / counseling fields and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. Experience A Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required. Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Experience working with children and families in clinical settings is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
