Job Title:
Partially/ Fully Licensed Courage Counselor Professional CT License (MUST HAVE): LPCA, LMSW or LMFTA for partially licensed applicants | LPC, LCSW, or LMFT for full licensed applicantsExperience:
Minimum of 1 year in dealing with psychiatric patients in a counseling settingJob Type:
Fee forService Responsibilities Include:
Assess and plan patient care by evaluating psychiatric and psycho-social needs of patients Provide direct patent care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy specific to each patient's needs Provide direct crisis intervention to patient and families in multiple sites in the system and in the community Provides continuous education to patient and family members and refers them to appropriate levels of care, to support groups and to other available resources in order to maximize care and facilitate recovery or treatment process Ability to work effectively across programs for clients with mental illness, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders Are you ready to make a difference?- Sign-On Bonus will be given to new staff who maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients after 3 months
